Abstract Submission Process
Name and email address of the presenting author • Names of all authors • Affiliations of all authors • The full title of your abstract • Body of your abstract must not exceed 400 words for Original Study or 200 words for Case report
Abstracts must be submitted online via the Abstract Submission Portal
Requirement for publication in JPAG Proceedings of WCPAG 2023
Abstracts chosen for either an oral presentation or poster will be published in the online issue of Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (JPAG) a few weeks prior the congress.
If you do not attend WCPAG 2023 and personally present your abstract or poster your submission will not be published in the online Proceedings via JPAG.
Abstracts previously submitted for presentation at other meeting
Previously submitted abstracts may not be published in JPAG depending on copyright permissions. For abstracts accepted for presentation at the WCPAG 2023, if previously submitted to another meeting:
Poster or Oral presentation or Video Data
All submitted abstracts will be considered for oral presentation unless the author designates “Poster Only” in the abstract category section. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be considered for poster presentation.
Detailed instructions for preparation of oral or poster presentations will be included with abstract acceptance notification
Only abstracts submitted in a timely manner will be considered for publication in JPAG
