Dr Dan Apter is the Director of VL-Medi Clinical Research Centre. From 1997 until end of 2015, he was the Chief Physician at The Sexual Health Clinic, Väestöliitto (Family Federation of Finland) in Helsinki, Finland. Dr Apter specialised in obstetrics & gynecology and endocrinology. He is also a docent at Helsinki University. 
His areas of interest in both research and clinical practice include sexual health and contraception, human papillomavirus, the endocrinology of puberty and the development of polycystic ovary syndrome. Reflective of his research, Dr. Apter has more than 200 papers published in the medical literature. He has been President of FIGIJ (Int. Fed. of Pediatric & Adol. Gyn) 2001-2007, and Vice-President of European Society of Contraception, and is currently a member of the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Contraception and Reproductive Health.

Dr. Angela Aguilar is currently the President of the Philippine Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy and the Public Relations Officer of the Philippine Society for Reproductive Medicine . She is an associate professor of the Section of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital. She is a member of the Board of the Asia-Pacific Association for Gynecologic Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Therapy (APAGE).

Dr. Andrea Huneeus is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Universidad del Desarrollo of Santiago, Chile and is a faculty physician the Division of Adolescent Medicine of Clínica Alemana of Santiago.

Kristina Gemzell Danielsson

Kristina Gemzell Danielsson is professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Head of the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health at Karolinska Institutet (KI), and senior consultant at the Karolinska University Hospital. She is a member of the Nobel Assembly at the Karolinska Institutet, which is responsible for the Nobel Price in Physiology or Medicine. She is director of the WHO collaborating centre for Research and Research training in Human Reproduction at Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital. She is Honorary Clinical Professor at Hong Kong University, and Honorary fellow FSRH, RCOG, UK. She was a member of the International Committee for contraceptive research (ICCR), Population Council/, and is past president of the European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health, and FIAPAC, the international medical advisory panel (IMAP) of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), member of the FIGO council and past Chair of the FIGO committee on human rights, refugees and violence against women. Her research is translational (experimental, clinical trials and implementation;  “from bench-to bed-to the hands of women”) She is the author of more than 300 scientific publications. In 2012 she was awarded with the FIGO Award in Recognition of Women Obstetricians/Gynecologists.

A Prof Yasmin Jayasinghe (FRANZCOG, PhD) is a paediatric gynaecologist, Director of the Oncofertility Program at The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne, and Winter Glover Translational Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne.  She was founding chair of the Fertility Preservation Taskforce in Victoria who in partnership with consumers pioneered new tools, guidance and models of oncofertility care in 2013.  Her team have been recognize as finalists in: the Vic Health Awards (research into action) for facilitating equitable access to oncofertility care for Victorian children in 2019; the Australian Nurse of the Year awards for family-centred care through nurse navigation in 2020; and three statewide Young Achiever Awards for oncofertility innovation and leadership. Dr Jayasinghe was awarded the Strategic Grant for Outstanding Women by the University of Melbourne and Royal Womens Hospital for building a learning healthcare system in oncofertility (2019); was a state finalist in the Telstra Women's Business Awards recognising 'outstanding women who disrupt the way we do business' (2020), and was a finalist for the Australian Human Rights Medal for pioneering the protection of the reproductive rights of children (2021). She is the founding Chair of the Australian New Zealand Consortium in Paediatric Oncofertility (ANZCO), and  principal investigator of the binational ANZCO clinical trials network recently awarded  a federal grant for 'Life Saving and Job Creating Medical Research'. She is on the Practice Committee of the global Oncofertility Consortium and was an independent expert reviewer of the international PanCare Life Fertility Preservation Guidelines for children published in 2021.

Pallavi Latthe is a Consultant at the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s (BWC) NHS Foundation Trust. She is the clinical lead for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology and  is a subspecialist in Urogynaecology at this hospital.  She is a honorary Reader at the University of Birmingham. She is the regional preceptor for paediatric and adolescent gynaecology training for O & G specialty trainees for the West Midlands. She is part of the disorders of Sexual Development multidisciplinary team and clinic run at BWC
She has published many scientific papers and written two books. She has presented her research both at national and international conferences. She was on the executive committee of the British Society of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (BritSPAG) for 6 years, was secretary for 3 years and now is chairperson of the BritSPAG since 15th march 2021. She is mum of two and loves long distance cycling for charity fundraising.

Sandra Pekic MD, PhD is Professor of Internal Medicine at Belgrade University School of Medicine and is working at the Dept of Neuroendocrinology, Endocrinology Clinic, University Clinical Center, Belgrade for 27 years. Dr Pekic has received a medical degree from Belgrade University School of Medicine. She is a certified specialist of Internal medicine and subspecialist of Endocrinology. Professor Pekic is an active member of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) and she lectured as a symposia speaker for European Congress of Endocrinology. She is also member of ENEA and an active member of the Endocrine Section of the Serbian Medical Association. Professor Pekic has published more than 70 peer-reviewed original papers and chapters in books. She is an important investigator for the research grant funded by the Ministry of Science Serbia since 1995. Her research includes investigations in the field of pituitary adenomas and hypopituitarism. She is also involved as principal investigator in Clinical Research Studies on new molecules for diagnosing GH deficiency and new treatments for Acromegaly and Cushing´s disease. 

Professor Ellen Rome currently serves as the Head of the Center for Adolescent Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Children’s and is a Professor of Pediatrics at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case.  She is among the first in the US to be board certified in Adolescent Medicine, graduating magna cum laude from Yale in 1984, obtained her medical degree at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in 1988, then completed residency in pediatrics at Johns Hopkins, followed by a three year fellowship in adolescent medicine at Children’s Hospital, Boston.  She also obtained a masters degree in Public Health at the Harvard University School of Public Health.

Dr. Rome is a past president of both FIGIJ and NASPAG, as well as having served as Associate Chief of Staff for the entire Cleveland Clinic.  She has served on the Committee on Adolescence for the AAP and its Committee on Nutrition, has chaired the Subcommittee on Eating Disorders for the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine (SAHM), has chaired the Public Health and the Media Committees and still serves on the Medical Care Task Force for the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED).  She has written position statements/policy on eating disorders for the AAP, AED and SAHM.  Current research includes making LARCs more accessible in primary care practices, as well as on prevention/outcomes for youth with eating disorders including ARFID.  She has been an invited speaker locally, nationally, and internationally, maintaining a commitment to ongoing teaching of trainees and colleagues globally.

Dr. Nikolaos Vlahos was born in Athens in 1965.

He graduated from the University of Athens Medical School in June of 1989 with Honors.

Immediately following, he served for 2 years as a Second Lieutenant in the Hellenic Military Air force.

Following the completion of his military service and his medical service in underserved areas in Greece, he was accepted by the State University of New York, where he specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1992-1997) and became Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In 1997 Dr. Vlahos was accepted as a fellow by the  Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore USA, where he trained for three years in order to attain the subspecialty in Reproductive Endocrinology.

The Reproductive Endocrinology Fellowship included comprehensive training in all of the assisted reproduction techniques, including, IVF, GIFT, ICSI, as well as all of the advanced Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic surgical techniques.

In July of 1999 the University of Johns Hopkins offered Dr. Vlahos the position of  Lecturer in Reproductive endocrinology.
In the year 2000 following written and oral exams he became Board Certified as a Reproductive Endocrinologist.
In July of the Year 2000 Johns Hopkins University offered Dr. Vlahos the position of Assistant Professorof Gynecology and Obstetrics.
The years 2000-2004 were spent working as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, USA.

In 2001 Dr Vlachos was proclaimed Director of the department of Endometriosis and Laparoscopic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital ; in the same year he also undertakes the responsibilities of  Co-Director for the department of Assisted Reproduction and IVF.
In September of 2004 Dr. Vlahos is offered the position of Assistant Professor at the 2nd  Department  of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Athens, as director of the division  of Assisted Reproduction.
In December of 2010 he is promoted to the position of Associate Professor and he became the director of the department of Endoscopic surgery of Aretaieio University Hospital.
In May of 2015 Dr. Vlahos was promoted to the position of Full Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Assisted Reproduction 
From September of 2019 he has been the director and chairman of the 2nd department of Obstetrics and Gyneology at the Areteieion University hospital. 
Dr Vlahos has been commended by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy Surgery ( AAGL)  for his exemplary performance in laparoscopic surgery, he has been awarded the title “Top Doc In America for Endometriosis and IVF” and has been nominated several time for the WHO IS WHO in AMERICA as well as WHO is WHO in Medicine and Health Care. He has been the principal author of more than 120  scientific publications and contributing author for 8 medical books. 
He has been a reviewer for several scientific journals  in the field of IVF and endoscopic surgery and he has organized several courses in endoscopic surgery and IVF.
